a vision from our hearts

Scroll through to see what our vision means to us!

Sunday Worship

Our goal is to worship God, not just with our words and our singing, but with the right attitudes in our hearts

Prayer and Devotion

As a church that is committed to knowing God, we purposely seek to be closer to Him. Therefore, we practise ways to reach out to him and connect with him through prayers and devotions.

Small Groups & Bible Talk Groups

We care not only about quantity but also the quality and depth of our relationships.

Kids Kingdom Ministry

Kids need spiritual heroes!

Just like adults need a vision for greatness, we believe that our children get inspired by the superheroes of the Bible that have made the tough decision to do what is right.

The Youth & Campus Ministry

The Youth & Campus Ministry is a vibrant and rapidly growing part of our church. Our goal is to help youths come to know God while forging lifelong friendships with their peers. Fun activities that bond us together include bible discussions, oversea trips, parties, and evangelistic meetings; if it ain’t fun, it ain’t the Campus!

Souled Out Single Ministry

The members of our Souled Out Singles (SOS) Ministry use the abundant talents to organise a variety of activities that appeal to many: sports, board games, singles mixers, movie marathons, overseas retreats, and even a fitness group. Of course, being Malaysian, food is usually involved!

Christian Professionals Ministry

We aim to enhance the partnership between christian professionals and church leaders by harnessing their gifts and talents so that they can reach out and make an impact for the betterment of humankind towards a sustainable future. After all, the scriptures reveal God holds us accountable for every talent we are given.

Marrieds Ministry

We acknowledge the challenges of maintaining a healthy marriage in this modern day and age. By offering a safe zone, we offer married couples to be transparent and vulnerable to give and receive emotional support from each other.

Parents Ministry

We focus on helping individuals transition from being married without kids, to starting a family, to parenting young kids, to living with domestic helpers and / or extended families. All this is achieved through peer support groups, one-on-one counselling, and small group support.

Chinese & Golden Years Ministry

We serve those who are more comfortable conversing in Chinese, as well as those in their golden years. The key to their bond is  encouraging and inspiring one another to live life to the fullest through following and serving Jesus.

Workshop & Training

What would it be like to live in a community where everyone is empowered to live out God’s given mission and dream?

As an international church, we tap into our resources around the world by engaging speakers with suitable talents and experiences to inspire our congregation to dream, take risks, and do the impossible!

Mission

“We Gather Here to Know God and Make God Known”

Making God known is a pure alignment of our hearts to His. We are the chosen instruments through which His heart for the lost is made known so as to lead them to the knowledge of the truth.

The Great Commission

Matthew 28:19-20 (NIV)

Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you, and surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.

Indoor & Outdoor

spaces for our community to share knowledge & resources with everyone

Your One-Stop Detox

The Lee family had everyone’s health in mind when they first heard about the church’s fund raising!

Our super family started an organic food sale on the 1st of October, and have now raised over RM 3, 000!

Their daughter, Jamie has also raised an additional RM 1, 116 so far through selling homemade Kombucha, books, and clothes, as well as teaching underprivileged children in the HOPE worldwide Centre.

A Prickly Friend

Feeling lonely at home? Why not sun tan with a cacti friend!

Due to her health challenges, Christine moved back to her hometown in Sandakan to be with her family. However, that did not stop Christine from wanting to be a part of the church’s fundraising!

Christine’s love for gardening and indoor plants has driven her to create some amazing handcrafted mini pots for all her prickly friends. She is now selling them at RM25 each to raise funds for the church’s building. A home for cacti everywhere means a home for the church!

Stick With Us!

Despite the CMCO’s sticky situation, a group of five 17 and 18 year olds decided to come together as a team of 3 artists and 2 advertisers to create and sell hand-drawn stickers for the church!

Although all of them needed to prepare for major exams and had little to no experiences in selling stickers, they were determined to make it work!

With the immense love and support they received from their families, friends, and even each other,  the girls have now launched their instagram account and are running their new bustling business!

If you’re a fan of journalling or just want to show your support, you can click on the button below to their instagram account (@cohelles_25k)!

Can’t go Wong with Kimchi!

With a limited time and budget, the Wong family decided to sell something they had learned during MCO…kimchi!

At first, they had little faith and were doubtful that their kimchi would sell. However, one day to their surprise, they received an order for 103 bottles from an anonymous person!

This blessing was soon followed by more orders as they continued to put in their hard work and time into each batch of kimchi. This was no easy feat as each batch of kimchi took 3 hours to make and another 2 days to ferment!

Nevertheless, Valerie and her family were determined to persist and have now sold more than 450 bottles!
